Revelstoke 2013

This summer was the first trip to Revelstoke where we didn't have to schedule around any naps! I can't tell you how awesome that is. It was also the first trip that we made since the kids were born with only a trunk full of luggage. Equally exciting.

We had a great week filled with many days by the lakes, crafts, hot springs, weiner roasts and best of all, family time. Enjoy the pictures!

Weiner roast right in the backyard.

Oma found the BIGGEST marshmellows ever. They are the best for roasting.

The cousins on the ferry to Nakusp.

We went to Halcyon Hot Springs on a cloudy day.

 Bringing the crafting extravaganza outside.

After dinner on Revelstoke Mountain Resort. I love my boy, just look at his cheeky face!

 The waterfalls at Blanket Creek.

Ethan and Oma watching the band in the Plaza.

 Josh and Maddy dancing.

Maddy and Auntie Lyn showing their matching tattoos

Here is Ethan's tattoo. I like it!

Going for a hike on Mount Revelstoke

It was so much fun to spend time with all of you again. So many memories, and so much fun. I must admit it was hard to see you guys drive home again. The best remedy is cleaning, so I cleaned and cleaned while I let the tears flow. Boy I missed all of you so much. Thanks for spending time with Opa and Oma, it is always so much fun. The painted rocks are in the garden, and I smile when I see them. We love you all so much. See ya soon.
