So perhaps I'm a week late, but I still wanted to add this blog. I had a fantastic Mother's Day. The kids and Josh woke me with breakfast in bed and Ethan promptly began singing "Happy Birthday" :) We left home early for Jericho Beach and got ourselves a great spot behind some logs that blocked the wind. The kids loved being in the sand again though they were a bit shocked that they could go in the water. Josh and I commented how much easier it was getting with the kids. I even got to take a little snooze in the sun. After nap time we found ourselves at La Casa Gelato for some ice cream and I have to recommend the peanut butter/chocolate flavour. For dinner we picked up some sushi and headed to the park across the street for a picnic dinner. Aahhh...one happy mama!
